Displaying Information in the Cloud Storage Palette
You can display or hide additional panels and tools in the Cloud Storage palette, such as:
- Preview area
- Additional Information
- Search mode
To display additional information in the Cloud Storage palette:
- On the Cloud Storage palette, click the arrow next to the Information
and select an option:
- Show additional area. Shows or hides the Additional Information area.
- Show preview area. Shows or hides the Preview area.
To switch to the Search mode:
- On the Cloud Storage palette, click Search
.
The palette switches to the Search mode. Click
to close the Search mode.

Menu: Collaborate > Cloud
Application Menu: Open from Cloud
Ribbon: Collaborate > Palette > Cloud
