Palettes Reference
Palettes are areas that manage drawing entities, properties, and resources.
For information about working with palettes, see the Palettes topic.
The following palettes are provided with the application:
- Properties Palette. Lets you view and change drawing entity properties.
- Trinity Block Library. Lets you search blocks from predefined libraries and insert them into your drawing.
- Block Structure. Lets you find and insert blocks.
- Online Help. Displays the online help.
- Sheet Set Manager. Lets you organize, and manage drawing sheets using drawing sheet sets.
- Smart Calculator. Lets you perform mathematical, scientific, trigonometric computations, and measurement conversions at any time.
- References Palette. Lists and manages drawings and images that are referenced in a drawing.
- Version Manager Palette. Lets you compare the current drawing with previously saved versions maintained by a supported Cloud Storage.
- Lighting Palette. Lists and controls the lights inserted into the drawing to create realistic renderings.
- Tool Matrix Palette. Lets you collect and arrange toolbars on a panel.
- Tool Palettes. Groups all tools for creating and managing custom palettes.
- Parameters. Lets you view and modify Dimensional Constraints parameters.
If your license includes BIM solution, the following palettes are available:
- BIM Navigator. Groups all tools necessary to import the BIM files and control the visibility of BIM entities in the graphics area.
- BIM Material Mapper. Lets you map BIM material names to the material available in the BIM Drawings Materials Styles Library.
- BIM Label Library. Lets you specify a default label for each category of BIM entities and displays labels available in the software, grouped according to their category.
If your license includes the cloud-based solution, the following palettes are available:
- Cloud Storage. Groups the functionalities for accessing the drawings stored on the Cloud Storage.
- Comments. Lets you add, edit, and delete comments and markups.
