Running Utility Programs in the OS Shell

Use the Shell command to execute utility programs or access normal operating system (OS) commands in the OS shell.

To run utility programs or OS commands:

1. Type Shell at the command prompt.
2. Type the name of an executable program or an OS command to execute.
