You can use a mouse gesture as a shortcut to execute a command, similar to a keyboard shortcut. Once you learn command mappings, you can use mouse gestures to invoke mapped commands quickly.
To use a mouse gesture to invoke a preassigned command from a drawing:
The mouse gesture guide appears, highlighting the icon for the command mapped to the direction of your gesture.
For example, with a drawing open, right-drag the mouse to the right, dragging toward the highlighted command.
The command is invoked.
To disable mouse gestures:
Access
Command: Gesture
Menu: Tools > Mouse Gestures
Ribbon: Manage > Customization > Mouse Gestures
