Insert

Icon Name Description
  Column Left Inserts a column to the left of the selected column. If you selected multiple columns, the same number of columns are inserted.
  Column Right Inserts a column to the right of the selected column. If you selected multiple columns, the same number of columns are inserted.
  Row Above Inserts a row above the selected row. If you selected multiple rows, the same number of rows are inserted.
  Row Below Inserts a row below the selected row. If you selected multiple rows, the same number of rows are inserted.

Remove

Icon Name Description
  Row Deletes the row(s) of selected cell(s).
  Column Deletes the column(s) of selected cell(s).

Size

Icon Name Description
  Columns Equally Makes the selected columns of equal width. The total width of the table does not change.
  Rows Equally Makes the selected rows of equal height. The total height of the table does not change.

Merge

Icon Name Description
  Merge Combines selected cells. Specify whether to merge All, Horizontal, or Vertical. This option is not available if you select only one cell.
  Unmerge Separates selected cells that you previously merged.

Cell

Icon Name Description
  Match Cell Properties Applies the properties of the selected table cell to other cells.
  Locking Specifies whether the cell is unlocked, content locked, format locked, or content and format locked.
  Cell Format Displays the Cell Format dialog box. You can specify the border line style of the cell.

Data

Icon Name Description
  Data Specifies the cell data type.

Insert Contents

Icon Name Description
  Insert Block Inserts a block in the table cell.
  Insert Field Inserts a field in the table cell.
  Auto Formula Inserts an automatic formula in the table cell. This option is not available if you select more than one cell.
  Formula Inserts the specified formula in the cell. This option is not available if you select more than one cell.
  Manage Cell Contents Lets you manage the contents of the selected cell.

Data Link

Icon Name Description
  Link Cell Inserts a data link in the selected cell.
  Update Datalink Table Syncronizez the data link to the linked external file.

Option

Icon Name Description
  Custom List Displays the Custom List dialog box.
