Displays edges for entities using additional lines, for a hand-drawn effect.
Plot styles do not work with entities affected by this variable.
Negative values turn the effect off, but are still stored in the drawing file.
When VSEDGEJITTER receives a new value, it does not change the current visual style. Instead, it temporarily creates an unsaved new visual style.
