Printing and Plotting Drawings

You can print drawings on a printer or plotter. You can also print drawings to a file.

Use a PageLayout to determine the output of your drawing.

PageLayouts are printing configurations that determine the appearance and format of the output of your drawing.

Before printing or plotting a drawing, you must specify PageLayout settings. You can save PageLayouts under a specified name and use them later. PageLayouts are stored in the drawing file. You can apply them to any sheet in your drawing.

• To print or plot one or several sheets of a drawing, use the Print command.

• To print more than one drawing, use the BatchPrint command.

• To print sheets from multiple drawings, use drawing sheet sets.
