DInsert¶
Use the DInsert command to insert Blocks without creating an instance of the Block into the drawing.
This command lets you preload elements, styles, and definitions for later use in the drawing.
You can use this command in macros, LISP functions, and other programming interfaces.
To insert Blocks:
Type DInsert at the command prompt.
Type a Block name or specify the ? option to list existing Blocks.
Press Enter.
By default, this command displays the name of the last Block created or inserted.
