System Variable DIMSOXD¶
Determines whether dimension lines and arrowheads are suppressed if not enough space is available inside the extension lines.
Normally, if there is not enough space to draw the dimension lines inside the extension lines, dimension lines and arrowheads are drawn outside the extension lines.
If both this variable and the DIMTIX variable are on, the dimension lines are suppressed (only the dimension text is displayed).
If DIMTIX is off, the variable has no effect.
