Searching and Filtering Drawings from the Cloud Storage

You can reduce the set of drawings shown in the drawing list using two predefined drawing filters:

• My Files. Displays the list of all files created by the current user.
• Shared with me. Displays the list of all files shared with the current user.
• Deleted Files. Displays the list of all files and folder that you deleted and can be restored..

Additional filters let you display all files or drawings only: Any file type and Drawings.

You can search for a specific drawing if you know a portion of the name.

To display the list of drawings in the Cloud Storage palette:

1. On the Cloud Storage palette, from the Filter by ownership flyout select My files or Shared with me.
2. From the Filter by type flyout, select Drawings.

To search a file across all Cloud Storage services:

1. On the Cloud Storage palette, click Search .
2. Type the name of the file to search.

   In the search field, type wildcards (? for a single character, or *for a string of characters) to list the matching drawing names.

   For example, type "e*" to display all Layers starting with "e", or "*detail" to display all Layers ending with "detail" in the name.

3. Click Search .

   Note: The search result includes drawings from all Cloud Storage services.
