Working with Drawings from the Cloud Storage

If you are using Cloud Storage services to store your drawings, you can view or edit them in the Desktop application, according to your given permissions.

Note: To use Cloud Storage services to store your drawings, you must connect the corresponding accounts to the Cloud application.

Most of the file or folder specific operations are available in the Cloud Storage palette context menu. See The Cloud Storage Palette.

Using Drawings with External References

A drawing can include references to different types of files, such as other DWG files, image files, PDF and DGN underlays. When you save such a drawing to the default Cloud Storage, referenced files are automatically uploaded to a dedicated folder that has the drawing name. The parent drawing along with the folder are stored in the same location

When using drawings from the Cloud Storage service, external references are also displayed. You can access them according to your rights.
