Sharing Files and Folders with Specified Users¶
You can share your project content and collaborate with your colleagues. When sharing your files or folders with other users you must specify their permissions. You can change the permissions you have assigned to other users at any time.
Note: You cannot share folders from the default cloud storage.
All users can display the list of users that can access a drawing and their permissions.
Owner: Can make changes and share the drawing publicly or with other users.
Viewer: Can open the drawing but cannot change it.
Editor: Can open the drawing and make changes.

Note: Each drawing has an owner. By default, the author of the drawing is the owner and has Edit permission.
To share a file with a specified user:
On the Cloud Storage palette, select a Cloud Storage.
Right-click the file to share and select Permissions.
In the dialog box, on the tab coresponding to the Cloud Storage where the drawing is stored, do the following:
In Email. Specify the email address of the user.
In Role. Specify the rights.
Click Add.
The specified user appears in the list.
Repeat steps 3 and 4 to add other users. You can add as many users as it is necessary.
Specified users receive an email with a link to the shared file. The user must login to the application to access the file.
To share multiple files at once, group them in a folder.
To share a folder:
On the Cloud Storage palette, select a Cloud Storage.
Do one of the following:
Right-click the folder to share and select Permissions.
Click Permissions
for the folder to share.
In the dialog box, on the tab coresponding to the Cloud Storage where the drawing is stored, do the following:
In Email. Specify the email address of the user.
In Role. Specify the rights.
Click Add.
