Participating in the Customer Involvement Program¶
The Customer Involvement Program (CIP) lets Graebert gather and analyze data on how customers use the product.
The recorded data provides information that help design future software releases to meet customer needs.
You are free to join or opt out of participation.
Details about the anonymously collected data
The collected data is transmitted anonymously. No personal information is collected (no name, no serial number, no Host ID) which also means that no one will contact you.
The data is sent periodically in small packages so that you will not feel interfered with when you use the program.
Transmitted data includes the product version and license type (single workstation or network), and the names of executed commands and the time you used them.
Voluntary participation
Participation in the Customer Involvement Program is voluntary.
When you start the software the first time, a dialog box lets you decide whether you want to participate in the Customer Involvement Program.
At any time you can join or opt out of participation.
To join or opt out of participation in the Customer Involvement Program:
Click Tools > Options (or type Options).
Expand System Options > General > Customer Involvement Program.
Select or clear Participate and help to improve this program.
