The Cloud Storage Palette¶
Use the CloudStorage command to display the Cloud Storage palette.
The Cloud Storage palette groups the functionalities for accessing the drawings stored on the Cloud Storage:
Browse the folders on the selected Cloud Storage and display the list of stored files
Preview the selected file
Open a drawing with the given permissions (view-only, edit)
Save a drawing to the selected Cloud Storage
Open the Cloud application
Optionally, you can display or hide additional panels in the Cloud Storage palette, such as Preview and Additional Information.
Right-clicking a file displays a context menu containing the available options.
To display the Cloud Storage palette:
Do one of the following:
On the application menu, click Open > Open from Cloud.
Right-click the ribbon and select Cloud Storage from the context menu
On the menu, click Collaborate > Cloud.
On the ribbon, click Collaborate > Palette > Cloud.
Type CloudStorage.
You can connect to the Cloud Storage services and access your drawings.

Displays the list of supported Cloud Storage services in a browser window. You can connect them to the application. Once the connection is established, you can open your drawings. At any moment, you can return to the list of files and folders by clicking Go back to my files |

Displays a menu with the following options:

Refreshes the file list. |

Lets you select a Cloud Storage. |

Returns to the parent folder. |
|
Returns to the root folder. |
|
Switches to the Search mode. You can search files across all Cloud Storage services. At any moment, you can return to the list of files and folders by clicking Go back to my files |

Creates a new folder on the current Cloud Storage. |
|
Lets you upload a file to the Cloud Storage. |
|
Opens the Permissions dialog box where you can generate a unique URL to make a drawing publicly available. |
Filter by ownership drop-down list |
Displays a menu with the following options:

The following tools are available for Deleted Files:
|
Permanently deletes the selected files and folders. Restores the selected files and folders to their original location. Permanently deletes all content from Deleted Files. |
File type selection drop-down list |
Any filetype: Displays the list of all files from the selected folder. Drawings: Displays only the list of all drawings. |

Opens the selected drawing in the graphics area. |
File list |
Displays the list of files and folders from the selected Cloud Storage. The application checks the drawings for the latest changes and displays the last synchronization date. |
Preview area |
Displays a preview of the selected file. |
Additional Information area |
Displays additional file information, such as size, last modified data, owner. |
Context Menu
You can organize, manage and share your drawings using the options provided in the Cloud Storage palette context menu.
Open. Opens the selected drawing or folder.
Download. Downloads the selected file or the content of the selected folder.
Rename. Renames the selected drawing or folder.
Clone. Clones the selected drawing.
Delete. Moves the selected file or folder to Deleted files. You can restore or permanetly delete them.
Switch to read-only mode / Switch to editing mode. Switches a viewing session to the editing mode and viceversa.
Permissions. Displays a dialog box with options for publicly sharing the drawing.

Application Menu: Open > Open from Cloud
Ribbon: Collaborate > Palette > Cloud
