Managing Drawings Using the Cloud Storage Palette¶
You can organize, manage and share your drawings using the options provided in the Cloud Storage palette context menu.
Open. Opens the selected drawing or folder.
Download. Downloads the selected file or the content of the selected folder.
Rename. Renames the selected drawing or folder.
Clone. Clones the selected drawing.
Delete. Moves the selected file or folder to Deleted files. You can restore or permanetly delete them.
Switch to read-only mode / Switch to editing mode. Switches a viewing session to the editing mode and viceversa.
Permissions. Displays a dialog box with options for publicly sharing the drawing.
To create a folder:
On the Cloud Storage palette, select the Cloud Storage where you want to create the folder.
Click Create folder
.In the dialog box, type the name for the new folder.
Click OK.
To rename a drawing from the Cloud Storage:
On the Cloud Storage palette, navigate to the drawing to rename.
Right-click the drawing to rename and select Rename from the context menu.
Type the new name and press Enter.
To clone a drawing from the Cloud Storage:
On the Cloud Storage palette, navigate to the drawing to clone.
Right-click the drawing to clone and select Clone from the context menu.
To download a drawing from the Cloud Storage:
On the Cloud Storage palette, navigate to the drawing to download.
Right-click the drawing to download and select Download from the context menu.
The Download file dialog box opens so you can set the name and the location where to download the file.
To download drawings from a folder:
On the Cloud Storage palette, navigate to the folder.
Right-click the folder to download and select Download from the context menu.
The Download dialog box opens so you can set the name and the location where to download the files.
An archive containing the files is downloaded in the specified folder.
To switch between read-only and editing mode:
On the Cloud Storage palette, navigate to the current drawing.
Right-click the drawing and select Switch to read-only mode or Switch to editing mode.
Note: Switching to the editing mode displays a confirmation message.
