Surface Finish Symbol Settings¶
Use the Surface Finish Symbol screen of the Toolbox - Settings dialog box to configure general and text settings for surface finish symbols you insert into drawings.
You can configure other surface finish symbol characteristics using the Toolbox - Surface Finish Symbols dialog box.
To displays surface finish symbol settings:
Do one of the following:
On the ribbon, select Mechanical Content > Settings.
On the menu, click Mechanical Content > Settings.
On the Mechanical toolbar, click Settings
.
In the Toolbox - Settings dialog box, click Annotations > Surface Finish Symbol.
To modify surface finish symbol settings during creation:
Do one of the following:
On the ribbon, select Mechanical Annotate > Symbols > Surface Finish Symbols.
On the menu, click Mechanical Annotate > Symbols >Surface Finish Symbols.
On the Mechanical toolbar, click**Surface Finish Symbols**
.
Type AM_SurfaceSymbol.
In the Toolbox - Surface Finish Symbols dialog box, click Settings.
