The application provides automated solutions for calculating the moment of inertia for standard cross section shapes, such as rectangles, circles, hollow rectangles, and hollow circles.

Calculating the Moment of Inertia
Use the AM_InertiaProf command to calculate the moment of inertia for cross sections of cylinders, hollow cylinders, rectangular prisms, and hollow rectangular prisms.
Updating Calculated Moment of Inertia
Use the AM_InertiaProfEdit command to update the calculated moment of inertia after changing the size of the cross section.
Additional Commands for Calculating the Moment of Inertia
A set of commands are available for calculating the moment of inertia for rectangular and circular cross sections.
