Creating Construction Lines Perpendicular to a Linear Entity¶
Use the AM_ConstLot command to create construction lines that are perpendicular to a specified linear entity, such as a line, a ray, or xline.
You can switch between a ray and an xline using the AM_ConstSWI command.
To create construction lines perpendicular to a linear entity:
Do one of the following:
On the ribbon, click Home > Construction Lines > Construction Lines > Perpendicular to Line.
Type AM_ConstLot.
In the graphics area, specify the linear entity the construction line is perpendicular to.
Specify the position of the perpendicular construction line.
Click to place as many lines as necessary and press Enter.
