Creating Centerline Crosses in a Corner¶
Use the AM_CenCrCorner command to place a hole with centerline cross at a specified distance from two contour lines.
By default, holes are represented as centerline crosses with circles. Optionally, you can place centerline crosses only.
To create a centerline cross in a corner:
Before starting, make sure the entities on which to place holes and centerline crosses exist and are correct.
Do one of the following:
On the ribbon, click Home > Centerlines > Centerlines > Centerline cross in Corner.
Type AM_CenCrCorner.
In the graphics area, do the following:
Specify the first contour line.
Specify the second contour line.
Type the offset distance of the cross center from the first contour line.
Type the offset distance of the cross center from the second contour line.
Specify the No hole option to create the centerline cross only.
Specify the diameter for the centerline cross.
Press Enter.
Specify a diameter value for the hole to create a cross with a hole, or press N for No to create a centerline cross without a hole, and then specify a diameter value for the cross, or press S for Standard Parts to insert a standard hole.
To create a centerline cross with hole in a corner:
Do one of the following:
On the ribbon, click Home > Centerlines > Centerlines > Centerline cross in Corner.
Type AM_CenCrCorner.
In the graphics area, do the following:
Specify the first contour line.
Specify the second contour line.
Type the offset distance of the cross center from the first contour line.
Type the offset distance of the cross center from the second contour line.
Type a value for the diameter of the circle that represents the hole.
Alternatively, you can define the diameter by specifying two points in the graphics area.
To draw multiple concentric circles at once, specify a set of diameter values separated by |.Press Enter.
