Copying Properties between Mechanical Dimensions¶
You can copy the following basic properties between power dimensions:
Dimension Precision
Dimension Text
Layer
Tolerance / Fit
Dimension Style
You can copy all or selected properties only.
To copy properties between mechanical dimensions:
In the graphics area, specify a dimension
On the Power Dimensioning contextual ribbon, select Reuse > Copy From > Copy From.
In the graphics area, specify the dimension with the properties you want to ‘paint’ to other dimensions.
In the Properties dialog box, select the properties to copy, clear the properties you do not want to copy, and click OK.
By default, all basic properties are selected.
The properties have been copied and you can apply them to other dimensions.
On the Power Dimensioning contextual ribbon, select Reuse > Copy From > Apply to.
In the graphics area, specify the entities for which the properties are to be copied.
